We also offer comfortable seating areas for you to use with your own laptops and netbooks.
A great variety of teas and coffees starting at just €1.20 with which you get a free 30 minutes surfing time.

REPAIRS
PC Crashing, Freezing or not Booting
Is your computer crashing or freezing randomly? This is usually due to a hardware or software conflict, when something has become corrupted or a driver needs updating. These are common problems and are easily fixed by our computer support engineers.
Hardware Failures and Upgrades
We can replace faulty equipment such as processors, motherboards, memory, hard-drives, modems and graphics cards.
Internet Problems
We install and configure broadband connections. We even set-up email addresses, firewalls and virus software so you can rest assured your protected online. Give us a call if you have any Internet or e-mail problems.
Software Problems
Is your computer acting strangely? Have you just installed some new software or updated an old driver? We can usually fix these types of issues within 1-2 hours and often solve other niggling problems in the process.
Network Installation and Maintenance
We install and configure networks for both residential and business customers. We also maintain wired and wireless networks, fixing problems such as poor connections and slow performance.
We offer a consultation service for any computer or technology related issue. We have a minimum charge of €10 to cover the initial assessment. For many simple repairs there will no extra cost as the initial assessment charge will also cover the repair, however for more complex time consuming problems there will be an additional charge, we carry out most repairs for under €50.
INTERNET ACCESS
In the shop we have wired PC's for customer use so that you can get online during our shop opening hours. These computers are ready for e-mail, facebook, skype and messenger applications and we can provide headphones, microphones and webcams as necessary.
We also have card readers to you can access files from your mobile phone, digital camera or other USB devices. The computers also have word processing and document reading applications, They are also hooked up to our colour printers so you can easily print letters, boarding cards, photographs etc.
There are also 2 WiFi Zones available for your use. In the shop, during office hours, you can connect your laptop or netbook to our wireless network and use the internet at the same rates as for the wired terminals.
Our other Wifi network is our Hotspot Zone. This has a radius covering the area of Albir that is local to the shop. Our hotspot zone is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and you can access the internet by either buying vouchers online or getting them in the shop. Read more here ..
