In addition to sales of new and used computers on the Costa Blanca, laptops, accessories and computer parts we also have a state of the art technical workshop with 2 highly experienced computer engineers for all computer repairs.
Our repair shop and technical lab is ready to fix all computers and electronics. We can replace screens on laptop, tablet, mobile phone and TV.
Full diagnostic services are available to determine why your laptop won't start or is running slow. We will remove viruses and optimise your equipment.
We can do full system builds for gaming, home or business PC. System upgrades for processor, memory and storage. Anything you need we have in stock or can prepare for you.

Our comfortable internet cafe offers internet ready PC's, with Skype, Messenger etc. already installed so you are ready to surf and chat immediately.
We also offer comfortable seating areas for you to use with your own laptops and netbooks.
A great variety of teas and coffees starting at just €1.20 with which you get a free 30 minutes surfing time.

HIGH SPEED FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET
Our office and shop is equipped with high speed Fibre Optic internet. We can also arrange installation of this service at your own property.
We work with local companies to install FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET in homes all round Benidorm, Albir, Alfaz and Altea and give speeds up to 600Mbps for under €20 per month. With FREE installation.
We are also an authorised seller of Lobster Mobile SIM cards. Upgrade your mobile phone service to get free calls and mobile data all over Europe with no roaming charges.
Once you have your FIBRE OPTIC internet installed you are all ready to receive our IPTV service. Get all your TV channels (UK, Norway, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, USA etc.) with our set top box. Our IPTV service also offers VOD Films and Box Sets and TV Catch-Up.
DESIGN AND PRINT
We specialise in graphic and website design. We have extensive knowledge of good design principals and can help any business or individual with there design ideas.
Come along to the shop or email us with your requirements. We can then work together to get your business cards, menus, posters, flyers or website looking its best.
We offer printing in short run (up to 50 items) and large run packages. Short run printing of business cards, flyers, posters etc. are done in house on our high quality laser or office jet printers. We can print in house up to A3 size. We also provide short run high quality photo printing in up to A3 size enlargements.
We also have a laminating machine so can laminate any prints or documents in up to A3 size.

REPAIRS
PC Crashing, Freezing or not Booting
Is your computer crashing or freezing randomly? This is usually due to a hardware or software conflict, when something has become corrupted or a driver needs updating. These are common problems and are easily fixed by our computer support engineers.
Hardware Failures and Upgrades
We can replace faulty equipment such as processors, motherboards, memory, hard-drives, modems and graphics cards.
Internet Problems
We install and configure broadband connections. We even set-up email addresses, firewalls and virus software so you can rest assured your protected online. Give us a call if you have any Internet or e-mail problems.
Software Problems
Is your computer acting strangely? Have you just installed some new software or updated an old driver? We can usually fix these types of issues within 1-2 hours and often solve other niggling problems in the process.
Network Installation and Maintenance
We install and configure networks for both residential and business customers. We also maintain wired and wireless networks, fixing problems such as poor connections and slow performance.
We offer a consultation service for any computer or technology related issue. We have a minimum charge of €10 to cover the initial assessment. For many simple repairs there will no extra cost as the initial assessment charge will also cover the repair, however for more complex time consuming problems there will be an additional charge, we carry out most repairs for under €50.
INTERNET ACCESS
In the shop we have wired PC's for customer use so that you can get online during our shop opening hours. These computers are ready for e-mail, facebook, skype and messenger applications and we can provide headphones, microphones and webcams as necessary.
We also have card readers to you can access files from your mobile phone, digital camera or other USB devices. The computers also have word processing and document reading applications, They are also hooked up to our colour printers so you can easily print letters, boarding cards, photographs etc.
There are also 2 WiFi Zones available for your use. In the shop, during office hours, you can connect your laptop or netbook to our wireless network and use the internet at the same rates as for the wired terminals.
Our other Wifi network is our Hotspot Zone. This has a radius covering the area of Albir that is local to the shop. Our hotspot zone is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and you can access the internet by either buying vouchers online or getting them in the shop. Read more here ..
 PRINTER INK CARTRIDGE REFILLING SERVICE
We have our in house printer ink cartridge refilling machine. This allows us to refill most printer ink cartridges whilst you wait, or within 30 minutes. We are able to refill most HP, Canon, Lexmark and Dell ink cartridges. Prices for cartridge refills range from 5€ to 10€ depending on the cartridge and the amount of ink needed.
You can normally only refill cartridges 3 or 4 times before they become un-usable. And some people prefer not to refill cartridges because refilled cartridges do not offer as good quality or last as long. If you do not want your cartridge refilled then we can provide brand new manufacturer orginals or compatibles from our low cost supplier.
